An op-ed from the Boston Globe which says that nothing obligates the President or Congress, or The People or the states, to follow a Supreme Court decision if it is "wrong." So... I guess whenever someone does not like a decision they have the right to declare it wrong and ignore it and there is no final authority to say otherwise. That's a system that is going to work. CJ Roberts says US Supreme Court Justices' individual recusal decisions are beyond review but there's no reason to worry because the appointment process is rigorous and all of the Justices are of the highest integrity.
