An op-ed from the Boston Globe which says that nothing obligates the President or Congress, or The People or the states, to follow a Supreme Court decision if it is "wrong." So... I guess whenever someone does not like a decision they have the right to declare it wrong and ignore it and there is no final authority to say otherwise. That's a system that is going to work.
